About Xtreme

Serving developers, boards, and property managers the last 15 years has given me the ability and confidence to reset the landscaping industry. That reset I refer to has little to do with the “quality” of our actual landscaping services but much more so with the process and method to get to that quality. Serving our customers day in and day out gave me insights into what was lacking in the industry. Quality? Yes. Communication? Responsiveness? Follow through? Execution? A HUGE yes. At Xtreme, I’ve taken the various pain points and issues from many underachieving landscaping firms and transformed them into our strengths. But let’s face it, we aren’t perfect. No one is. But we strive for perfection knowing that when there is an issue, a mistake, a challenge…that we own it, we communicate and we set expectations.

To me, this is why I’m proud to own and run Xtreme. Hire the best people…support them so they can support my clients…train often…lead often…challenge often…and build a culture and team that wants to be and do their best. All of this is reflected in the quality of work we do but also shows up in the way we communicate and engage with our customers…which in-turn, makes both the homeowners and property managers feel like family.
