Matthew Mouttet – Founder & CEO
Matt is the founder of Xtreme and is the brains behind what makes the company brand and vision come to life. Matt started in the industry at the young age of 15 and has remained ever since. Past experiences allow Matt to bring any failures and successes along with his passion as a young entrepreneur into the now flourishing full-service landscaping firm of over 250 employees and fleet of over 70 commercial trucks.
Donny Weston – Senior Vice President
Donny has been “Employee Number 2” at Xtreme since 2008. He runs and oversees Xtreme’s Design and Enhancement Division and is hands on with actual CAD designs as well. Donny and his team focus on both high-end residential and commercial design & installs. He also oversees the maintenance side with a team of industry veterans including our licensed Arborist, Licensed Irrigation techs, and Certified Integrated Pest Management specialists.
Bryan Vaughan – Vice President of Operations & Business Development
Bryan brings 35 years of landscaping experience to Xtreme. With prior operations and management roles with National firms, Bryan provides oversite and leadership to all our divisions: Maintenance, Landscape Design & Install, Irrigation, IPM, and Arbor. In addition, Bryan assists with our training and compliance programs with his certifications/licensure in FEMA, John Deere, Two-Wire, and Irrigation.
Danny De Freitas – Vice President of Client Services
Danny brings an extensive sales and customer service background to Xtreme. He focuses on KPI’s, SLA’s, and a variety of other metrics and data for our clients. Danny leads the charge of ensuring that our communication and responsiveness are always being managed and promptly addressed. Danny conducts board orientations where we provide informational training and workshops to better prepare and educate our community members.
